Golfli Terms of Use
These Terms of Use are the agreement between you and Bookli LLC for using golfli.io and the Golfli waitlist. We've kept them plain and short. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to what's below.
01 Agreeing to these terms
Golfli is operated by Bookli LLC (“Golfli,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting golfli.io (the “Website”) or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Website or join the waitlist.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Website or join the waitlist. If you're using it on behalf of a business, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for them.
02 What Golfli is right now
Golfli is a golf tee time booking app that is still in development. Today, the Website is a preview and a waitlist signup. It does not yet book tee times, take payments, or create accounts. Any screens, demos, or examples shown on the Website are illustrations of the product we're building, not a live booking service.
We may add, change, pause, or remove features at any time. If and when real booking features launch, we'll provide updated terms that cover them before you use them.
03 The waitlist
- Joining is optional. You can join the waitlist by giving us your email address. That's all we ask for.
- No guarantee of access. Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee you a spot, early access, a specific launch date, or any particular tee time. We open access in batches and timing can change.
- Use a real email. Please give an email you control and don't sign up on someone else's behalf without their okay.
- We may contact you. We'll email you about Golfli's development, access, and launch. You can unsubscribe at any time (see your email choices in the Privacy Policy).
04 Referrals
If we offer a refer-a-friend feature, you may share your referral link with people who'd genuinely want to join. Don't spam it, buy or sell signups, use bots, or create fake or duplicate entries to move up the list. We may remove referrals or signups that look abusive, and any referral position or ordering is not a promise of access or rewards.
05 Acceptable use
When you use the Website, please don't:
- Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information, or impersonate anyone.
- Try to break, overload, hack, or disrupt the Website or its security.
- Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the Website using automated tools without our permission.
- Use the Website for anything unlawful, abusive, or harmful to others.
06 Our content and brand
The Website and its content — including the Golfli name, logo, text, graphics, and design — are owned by Bookli LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We give you permission to view the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our branding or content for your own purposes without our written permission.
07 Not affiliated with golf courses
Golfli is an independent app. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any golf course, city, parks district, or booking provider named on the Website. Course names and logos, if shown, are used only to identify the facilities we intend to support. Availability, pricing, and booking rules are set by those courses and providers, not by us.
08 Third-party services and links
We use third-party providers to host the Website, store the waitlist, and deliver email. The Website may also link to other sites we don't control. We're not responsible for third-party websites or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
09 Disclaimers
The Website and waitlist are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don't promise the Website will always be available, error-free, secure, or that any information on it is complete or accurate. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Website or waitlist at any time without liability to you.
10 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bookli LLC and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Website or waitlist. Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to one hundred US dollars (US $100). Some places don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
11 Your responsibility
You agree to be responsible for your use of the Website and to cover reasonable costs we incur from your misuse of the Website or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the Website, our practices, or applicable law. We'll post the revised terms here and update the date above. For material changes we'll provide a prominent notice on the Website. If you keep using the Website or stay on the waitlist after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
13 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Bookli LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable consumer-protection laws in your location provide otherwise. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
